• Responsible for providing departmental secretarial & administrative duties
• Secondary school graduate or above
• Have relevant experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Chinese word processing
• Familiar with MS word and Excel
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Working hours : 09:00 - 17:30 or 10:00 - 18:30 or 11:30 - 20:00
• Rotated rest day is required
