RESPONSIBILITIES

General Procurement

• Provide sourcing support for marketing and office internal including new product launch events, media events, roadshows, display materials and promotion items
• Cost analysis and benchmark to acquire high quality products under cost efficiency within company procurement process, bidding.
• Explore and source good potential supplier and manage company vendor pool
• Handle related contract and vendor registration process

General Affairs

• Lead a team of 3 staff
• Provide full range of office administration operation including license renewal, insurance renewal, office management (cleaning, renovation and asset management)
• Arrange and organize meetings and company event
• Support hotel & flight booking for staff business trips

• Diploma or above with at least 5 years solid experience in procurement and office administration management
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to communicate effectively with both internally and externally
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English
• Immediate availability is preferable
