Responsibilities

• Provide client & sales administration support
• Handle and complete courier orders raised by Sales Team
• Responsible for documents handling and reports preparation
• Work closely with other teammates to ensure all sales orders are completed on time

Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE or above
• 1 year of working experience preferably in customer service field or call center
• Relevant working experience in telecom industry will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good in English & Cantonese
• A team player with good communication skills
• Mature, meticulous, independent with the ability to work on tight deadlines
