Responsibilities:

•  Provide administrative and general support to marketing team (including system input, electronic data filing, mailing & documentary support etc)
• prepare sales order, purchase order, system and data entry    
• Assist in preparing and reviewing policy endorsements and confirmation letters for relevant companies policy 
• Assist the superiors in reviewing workflow and prepare reports
• Provide assistance in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution
• Carry out other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in Business Administrative or equivalence
• 1 year of administrative/Clerical, Customer services role working experiences
• Recent graduate with hardworking and willingness to learn attitude are welcome
• Patient and polite phone manner is essential 
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin 
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill, detail-oriented 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
