Our client is a MNC group,  Current they are looking for potential candidate to join their Human Resource team in Hong Kong.

 Responsibilities;

• To perform all round of Human Resource function including 50% recruitment, 50%- C&B, HR Operation Support etc;
• To deal with different department to perform business partner support to provide advice , budgeting, planning etc
• To develop HR policies to meet business need;
• If less experience to be considered as Assistant Manager;
• Immediately Available is preferrable.

    Requirements:

• Degree or High Diploma in Human Rescource or related discipline;
  
• About 5+ years working experience in Human Resources; 
• Current experience in all round of HR function including recruitment, C&B, performance management etc;
• Experience in F&B or Retail Industry business is preferrable;
• Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong;
• Work independently and good team player;
• Good communication in Spoken and written with English and Chinese;
• Less experience to be considered as Assistant Manager or Officer.
