• Manage transportation activities, monitor the supplier shipment booking to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide feedback on any mis-alignment with shipment plan to responsible parties (e.g. supplier delay, forwarder space problems)
• Be responsible for the data integrity between SEB Asia systems, 3PL and suppliers
• Manage supplier's billing and market re-invoicing process

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant disciplines
• Working experiences in Supply Chain, Shipping & Logistics Operations is an advantage
• Experience in SAP, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Adaptable to change and flexible with good problem-solving skill
• Outstanding eyes for details and precision
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively amongst different parties
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
