Job Description

Transformation and Digital Projects

  • To manage and coordinate HR transformation & Digital Projects
  • Understand and map the As-is and To-be HR processes within employee life cycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Internal Movement and Exit)
  • Partner HR Director in driving the automation and transformation of HR processes projects
  • Identify new opportunities and lead proposal development
  • Design and create innovative solutions to JASG people planning needs
  • Projects budget setting, resourcing, road-mapping, execution, tracking and report
  • Engage key stakeholders to drive and embed initiatives
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to enable team members to maximize team performance

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Lead Talent Acquisition & Management campaigns to ensure smooth interaction and data intervention through the process

HR Communications & Employer Branding

  • Drive HR communications (Newsletters, campaigns and targeted communications)
  • Contribute to the development and transformation of HR internal digital platforms, communication channels, for employer brand building

If this describes you...

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial sector and/or Digital and/or HR transformation
  • Experience in project management involving people items will be a strong plus
  • Demonstrated abilities to effectively interface with all levels of employees, management, and external partners with experience in facilitating or communicating to audiences
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail and responsiveness are critical
  • Excellent presentation skill with good abilities to communicate in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently or as a team
  • Having a strong passion for employee communications and engagement as a key culture-building tool
  • Experienced in establishing cross-functional programs is a plus
  • Strong customer-focused mindset
  • Good abilities in mastering Microsoft Suite, and a quick learner of other digital applications
  • Preferred experience with design applications and platforms
