工作職責：

-    日常倉務運作包括處理庫存交易和出入記錄；

-     管理庫存、維持庫存紀錄；

-     確保倉務系統和數據庫的數據和資料準確無誤；

-     負責制服和文具的品質檢查、並匯報準備工作；

-     遵守公司政策和程序；

-     接受其他工作分配；及

-     向倉務主任匯報工作。

申請者須具備以下條件：

-     中五程度或以上；

-     歡迎應屆畢業生；

-     了解倉務工作為佳；

-     熟悉Microsoft Office, Excel和Word;

-     熟悉SAP為佳；

-     良好中英文水平；

-    良好的團隊精神，負責任， 能在受壓的情況下工作並樂於學習；及

-     良好的溝通技巧及人際關係。

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily warehouse operation including handling of stock transaction and movement;

- Maintain comprehensive inventory records;

- Ensure that data and information of the Store systems and databases are accurate;

- Quality inspection of uniform and accoutrement items, stationery items and report preparation;

- Comply with the company policies and procedures;

- Perform any other duties as assigned; and

- Report to Store Officer.

Job Requirements:

- Form 5 or above;

- Fresh graduate is welcome;

- Knowledge of warehouse operation; 

- Experience in SAP system is highly preferable;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word;

- Good command of Chinese and English;

- Good team spirit, responsible, ability to work under pressure and willing to learn; and

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
