Senior HR Manager (up to $70K) – Fast-growing Consumer Electronics Start-up

Our client is a fast-growing consumer electronics brand. They are now looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their professional team.

Job Description:

  • Overseeing Group HR functions, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications.
  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Serving as the Group HR Head for different Business organisations offering end-to-end HR business support to the Heads and Businesses
  • Leading, coaching and inspiring the teams to deliver high quality and timely HR advices to the organization and other HR teams.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system or talent management system.
  • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with the local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Develops and implements departmental budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from a recognised university, preferably in human resource or business related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary HR teams; experience in Consumer Electronics / Home Appliance is an advantage.
  • Strong and proven HR leader with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to deal effectively with senior colleagues in all parts of the organisation
  • Possesses deep expertise in HR Audit, compensation and benefits design, policy and process setting / re -design
  • Outcome driven customer centric mind-set.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
