Responsibilities:

• Report to Financial Controller and supervise an accounting team to carry out daily accounting operations for the manufacturing plant in Yuen Long
• Responsible for budget control and financial analysis
• Responsible in analysis of variance between actual & the budget/ rolling forecast 
• To drive and review the costing mechanism
• Liaise and work closely with production team on BOM review and updates
• Develop and maintain cost database for analyses and various management reports
• Review and enhance the appropriate internal control and procedures according to the compliances of GMP, GSP, etc.
• Prepare timely monthly management and accounting reports
• Liaise with internal departments to identity costing process for efficiency improvement
• Liaise with external auditors for audit engagement
• Ensure on time payments to suppliers
• Implement control mechanism to ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines
• 10 years’ relevant experience
• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or related professional qualifications
• Experience working in manufacturing plant is preferable.
• Possess leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting background
• Self-starter, flexible, fast-paced and goal-oriented
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferable
