• Handle full sets of accounts, consolidated profit & loss, balance sheet, financial statements, month-end closing and ad hoc reports
• Co-operate with overseas finance teams to provide monthly management reports for management review and decision
• Act as a key player in Epicor implementation
• Assist in improving accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and internal control
• Handle inter-company transactions for fund transfer and payment
• Ensure all business processes and approval are in compliance with internal control requirements
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and overseas countries
• Assistant in overseeing financial operations and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with the external auditors during the interim and year-end audit, ensure proper accounting records and financial reporting standards are followed
• Responsible for all tax and other statutory returns
• Liaise with the Census and Statistics Department and bankers

Requirements

• University graduate
• (Pursuing) Full membership of professional bodies like HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA, etc.
• Experience user of Epicor and system implementation
• At least 3 years solid experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Experience in auditing
• Knowledge of company secretarial duties would be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail minded, well-organized, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure independently
• Immediate available will be an advantage
