• In charge of full accounting and finance function;
• Develop and direct the activities of the professional staff involved with the financial aspects of operations, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, credit and collections, bank facility, cost accounting, and financial control systems;
• Providing analytical, budgetary & financial reporting support to senior management;
• Establishing and maintaining internal controls, and external financial reporting;
• Interface with external auditors, banks, professional advisors & Government officers;
• Lead and support the financial analysis of the business to support decision making.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Qualified accountant with CPA or CFA or equivalent;
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in manufactory industry;
• IPO experience and exposure in corporate finance transactions (IPOs, M&A, JV) will be preferred;
• Good knowledge in accounting standards and HK and China listing rule;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin;
• Frequent travel to PRC is necessary.
