Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/weekly cash forecast and submit to HQ on timely basis;
• Prepare actual vs. forecast analysis to improve forecast accuracy;
• To handle internal and external payments by bank transfer/cheques/LC, etc.;
• Be responsible for drawdown and repayments of loans and maintain proper record;
• In charge of account management including account opening/closure/changing bank records, KYC and prepare bank confirmations for annual/special audit purpose;
• Provide necessary bank statements/bank records to relevant departments and support month end closing
• Other tasks as per HQ management requirement.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years treasury experience on payment transactions (including e-banking), account management and cash planning/forecast;
• Knowledge on corporate financing is preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office application, knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required;
• Self-motivated and self-monitoring with strong sense of responsibility, capable to meet tight deadlines
