• Participate in maintaining accounting procedures and in preparing financial information that contributes to the accounting and reporting and control functions to ensure integrity of information and protection of assets and capital.
• Handle payment of vendor invoices and staff reimbursement
• Handle full set of month end closing including daily operations, e.g. reconciliation, payroll, fixed assets, leases, etc.
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Account code set up
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

• Higher diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of financial accounting or audit experience.
• Independent, outgoing, self-motivated and able to meet tight schedules.
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Hand-on experience in SUN accounting system preferred.
