Job Description
- Responsible for daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledge
- Handle full set of accounts and responsible for the month end closing
- Inter-companies and overseas agent account reconciliation
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly management reports and financial analysis for Asia
- Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly forecast
- Monitor funds in Branches and prepare weekly cash flow report
- Assist manager to review Asia Group related financial reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties/ project as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience gained from logistics field is preferred
- Experience in CargoWise is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Proactive, self-driven attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility and a team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and being flexible when necessary to meet deadlines
- Willing to challenge the status quo and improve work processes
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountant
- Work Location: San Po Kong (Shuttle bus service from MTR station and between building)
