Job Description
- Provide clerical support to the Accounting Team including data entry, filing & etc
- Assist ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor
- Reconciliation on reporting related to entities on South and South East Asia
Requirements :
- Associate Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA Level 1 is a definite asset
- 3-4 years relevant experience, preferably in trading or manufacturing company
- Good command of spoken & written English and conversational Putonghua
- Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel
- Learning process of TALLY accounting system for S. Asian entity to be offered.
- Fast and accurate typing in both English and Chinese
- Pleasant personality, hardworking, well organized, mature and work independently
- Immediately available is preferable
