Accounting & Administrative Assistant (5 days, double pay)

Job Duties

•          Responsible for daily accounting functions 
•          Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry and invoice issuing and checking
•          Check customer payment details and perform settlement in system
•          Assist in accounts payable and outgoing payments
•          Update bank book and prepare reconciliation
•          Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing
•          Responsible for administrative support of the company
•          Provide personal secretarial and administration support to Managing Director

REQUIREMENTS

•          DSE or above qualifications;
•          LCCI Intermediate certificate or equivalent, ACCA student and member is preferred;
•          Candidate with 2 years or above of relevant experience;
•          Good command of spoken Cantonese & English
•          Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel; knowledge in      accounting software Quickbook is preferred;
•          Self initiatives, mature, task oriented and being responsible.
•          Immediately available is highly preferred
