Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting

• Prepare and confirm invoices to customers for various types of services
• Collect receivables from customers
• Prepare various reports to management, shareholders, government, including but not limited to monthly accounting packages, throughput and revenues, cost analysis, balance sheet account analysis, etc.
• Perform fixed assets & inventory count and prepare relevant reports monthly

• Assist to manage all aspects of the procurement of products & services in order to ensure the optimum cost and delivery and to ensure all procurement activities complying with the company’s policy and procedures
• Independently handle routine purchase requisitions under tight timeline
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain most favourable price, schedule, and terms and conditions
• Coordinate with vendors and internal parties to maintain smooth supplement of products & services delivery, follow up orders to expedite delivery and shipment as required
• Perform market analysis for products & services being procured and submit reports and recommendations for management review
• Monitor and review vendors’ performance on quality, pricing, lead-time and delivery deadlines and actively source potential new vendors for products & services

• Degree in Accounting
• Over 3 years’ accounting experience. Experience in Purchasing and Supply Management is an advantage. Relevant purchasing experience in container terminal business is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and working overtime to meet tight deadline
• Able to work organizing and prioritizing
• Good initiatives of work, out-spoken and of excellent communications with good negotiation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, analytical, self-motivated and a good team player
• Able to communicate in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of procurement system is an advantage
• Immediately available or short period notice is preferred
