Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal vouchers and input accounting data into system
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management reports, financial statements and ad hoc reports in timely manner
• Review vouchers prepared by clerks
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting
• 1-2 years’ relevant working experience, experience in small size companies' month-end closing process is prefered but not necessary
• Good PC Skills in MS Office, advanced Excel Skills in absolutely advantage
• Good command in English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Independent, attentive to details, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Mature, reliable and detail-oriented
• Immediate available is highly preferred
