Senior Manager – Finance Transformation (Global Role)

Job Description
Our Client is a leading conglomerate with great presence in the world with headquarter in Hong Kong. They are hiring a Senior Finance Manager to optimise their ERP System and streamline the finance operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a finance team to optimise the current ERP System and other related systems
  • Work closely with other finance functional teams to implement new technology, procedures, practices or new systems and applications
  • Facilitate the implementation of system optimisation for Hong Kong and China business projects
  • Review the system procedures in financial reporting, internal control and enhance the management information quality and timeliness
  • Liaise with external IT vendors and internal IT experts in project plans, the phasing in and monitoring the progress of enhancements or new projects with business defined priorities and targeted schedules
  • Work as a bridge between internal IT experts, external vendors and system users on various tasks and projects and ensure smooth system transformation during the system development cycle
  • Gather opinions from system users about their preferences and needs; evaluate application or solutions and perform functional designs and impact analysis to ensure proper system integration between the current ERP system and legacy systems
  • Perform UAT Testing and provide general training to system users
  • Manage the on-going system support to user department and work with IT department to address ERP system issues
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other related disciplines
  • Qualified accountant (HKICPA or other equivalent accounting certifications)
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in F&A with solid experience in ERP system implementation, optimisation and support (ideally with Oraca
  • Experience in organisational requirement analysis and fulfil business needs with system solutions
  • Experienced in leading ERP system implementation and optimisation
  • Experience in business intelligence and workflow system is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Information Systems Lifecycle Management
  • Proven record in project planning, leading and managing staff for project delivery
  • Good communication skills and language skills
