What you will do

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger independently
• Monitor daily accounting operation such as billings, payments, expenses claim which prepared by subordinates
• Monitor cash position and cash management including payment and fund transfer
• Responsible for month end closing reports, schedules, bank reconciliation, inter-companies accounts reconciliation
• Assist in inventory management and annual stock take
• Assist in budgeting/forecasting and costing analysis
• Assist in annual statutory audit and tax filing
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, regulatory authorities and other professionals
• Assist in system implementation and streamline workflow to improve efficiency
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required 

• Diploma holder or above in Finance or Accountancy, with relevant professional qualifications
• At least 4 year experience in accounting with audit experience, FMCG or retail industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Experience with SAP or ERP system is a MUST
• Mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
