Duties:

• Support the Manager to carrying out the full aspects of company secretarial and corporate services duties for both Hong Kong and Offshore companies
• Assisting in company incorporation, annual maintenance, accounting, tax enquiry and relevant professional services
• Independent, self-motivated, contribute to explore and secure customer satisfaction, and strengthen client services
• Open-minded to liaison with various parties from professionals to all walks of life
• Excellent command in English and Chinese to serve the multi-national clients
• Initiative, business sense, eager to listen and willing to solve problems
• Up-to-date IT knowledge and Social Media application is appreciated
• Minimal outdoor work may require

Requirements:

• Working experience obtained from corporate services, legal, audit firm or bank is highly preferred
• Master / Degree / Diploma holders are invited
• Good in English & Chinese Presentation
• Open to the less industry experience candidates
• Fresh Graduate also welcome
