Role Purpose:
This position is part of the Group IT Finance team assisting the IT Finance Manager with Group IT cost reporting and data collection/consolidation. It involves working closely with internal GIT departments, BU IT teams, and Group Finance on the forecast and budget submissions, system data entry, and ad hoc deliverables.
This role focuses on:
- GIT Spend reporting and reconciliation
- Cost analysis and data collection
- Quarterly Forecasting process
- Annual Budgeting process
- GIT Reporting tool (Smartview Hyperion system) for Group/BU submission
- Cross-department coordination and interaction
Success will depend on:
- Bachelor in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Attention to detail and accuracy, Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proactiveness & results orientation
- MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn new knowledge and abilities
