Our client is a listed company focused on property and real estate development. They are now looking for an admin accounting officer to provide instant support for their team.

 Responsibilities

• Handle general accounting duties, including (AR, AP, GL)
• Be responsible for book-keeping, bank reconciliation, and cheque payment transaction
• Participate in cash-flow management
• Handle monthly accounting reports and assist in tax-related issues (annual tax filing)
• Update accounting entries to the required system
• Liaise with internal and external parties

 Requirements

• Hong Kong bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Quantitative Finance or other related disciplines
• HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of audit and fund accounting experience, preferably in professional service industry
• Good knowledge of investment and securities business
• Knowledge in Flex accounting and 用友 would be an advantage
• Immediately available candidate would be considered first
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, able to work under pressure
