Job Description
Responsibilities
- Daily Account data input and document handling
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments
- Monitor and solve the billing disputes in a timely manner; Communicate with inter-departments and outsider customer
- Perform daily accounting operations independently, including preparing vouchers, sales invoices, cheques and bank reconciliations, bank receipts and payment transactions
- support senior accountant to meet monthly reporting deadlines and prepare audit-related documents.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with experience in a retail company
- LCCI level
- Willing to learn, detail-minded, hard-working and independent problem solving
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Flexible working hours
