Reporting directly to Senior Director of Group FP&A, this position will be responsible to provide comprehensive, timely and accurate management consolidated information, financial and non-financial analysis on business performance for Management’s review and conduct feasibility studies and other ad hoc exercise as required. This position also will assist the team to manage the budgeting and forecasting from headquarter point of view.

Responsibilities:

Management Reporting

• Prepare the monthly executive committee meeting materials and Quarterly Board Meeting PowerPoint
• Preparation of Consolidated Management Accounts in the month end
• Produce monthly end reports, financial highlights and commentaries
• Evaluate the performance of all businesses against budget and last year and prepare variance analysis report

• Assist compilation of annual budget and quarter forecast, coordinate with oversea to complete the budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Prepare/develop finance model and templates for long term planning and ad hoc analysis
• Monitor actual business performance against budget and explain for deviations
• Provide support to and gather information from other divisions
• Being part of the team to enhance the budget and forecast planning system

• Tagetik system superuser
• Manage use access right for the high profile reports for both share drive and PowerBI

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Prefer HKICPA/ACCA Qualified
• Minimum 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Independent, logical, multi-tasked with good business acumen
• A good team player and able to establish rapport with key stakeholders, both local and overseas
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
• Experience in Tagetik is definitely added value
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
