Job Description
- Handle and maintain Account Receivables and follow up with AR overdue collection
- Credit review and release credit hold for customers
- Follow up AR month-end procedures (i.e. Provision for bad debt)
- Handle accounting operations including general ledger, payable ledger, receivable ledger, intercompany accounting entries
- Follow up fixed asset and monthly depreciation
- Prepare month-end closing, financial statements and perform data analysis on a timely basis
- Prepare budget and forecast reports
- Implement and monitor internal control process in accounting system
- Assist in establishing, reviewing and improving accounting procedures and internal control system
- Coordinate and participate with external auditor for year-end audit and internal audit
- Execute SOX process level control evaluation
- Handle Company Secretarial documents (i.e. Annual Return)
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 8 years in full set of accounting, preferable in MNCs
- Prior experience in retail / garment sector preferred
- Mature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and detail-minded
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of SOX and/or Dynamic D365 system is definitely an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
