Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance team to gather and interpret information to evaluate the business performance of the Company; compile various financial/costing analysis;
• Prepare management reports and advise management on strategic planning
• Conduct thorough study on the cost analysis of different product lines with detailed and qualitative analysis, and identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability
• Set up and manage a database to maintain standardized reports and facilitate future analysis
• Assist on annual budgeting process and analysis the variance with sound justifications
• Collaborate with finance team to collect data and prepare rolling forecast of different product division
• Make use of analytical tools to prepare financial dashboard
• Involve in ad hoc projects and build up business models for simulations

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• 3 years or above relevant working experience
• Strong in MS Excel would be an advantage
• Practical knowledge in FlexSystem, and PowerPoint;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to learn with positive and cooperative attitude
• Good team player with capability making independent judgment
