Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in month-end closing process
- Participate in financial reports preparation
- Follow up bank reconciliation items with operations
- Work closely with different departments for receipt verification and payment approval
- Work closely with shared service center teams in Kuala Lumpur on daily accounting operations
- Assist in statutory audit
- Perform general daily accounting duties, e.g. prepare cheque, cashier order, etc.
- Provide departmental administrative support and maintain proper filing
- Handle any ad hoc assignments as required
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Audit / Accounting / Finance field
- Member / Student member in Accounting professional qualifications (HKICPA / ACCA) will be an advantage
- Willing to work overtime (weekend/ public holiday overtime work for monthly closing with compensation leave)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A multi-task player in fast paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work in a team and also as a good team player independently
- Immediately available / short notice preferred
- Work Location: To Kwa Wan (5 minutes’ walk from MTR)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered for junior position
