Job Description

Assistant Accounting Manager/ Accountant 
-Kwun Tong, 5 Days, Salary : 25-35K
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform general day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing
  • Liaise closely with locations on resolving financial and accounting issues
  • Actively involved in monthly reporting, semi-annual consolidation and tax package preparation
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports. Identify variances and provide explanations to management
  • Participate in budgeting or forecasting processes
  • Review balance sheet schedules and ensure the sub-ledger accounts and control accounts are balanced
  • Handle taxation, auditing and company secretarial matters in accordance with local statutory requirements
  • Promote standardization of the group accounting and financial policies / procedures
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
  • 5 years or above accounting experience in a sizable company
  • Have Mfg background is preferred
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel , SAP and financial applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accountant
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred 
Sr. Account Clerk/ Accounting Assistant ( Account Payable)
-Kwun Tong / Central, 5 Days, Salary : 16-24K

Responsibilities:

  • Lead accounts payable function, including preparation daily cheque/ TT remittance payment and ensure all the accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Review and process vendor payment;
  • Follow up enquiries and prepare reconciliation with creditors statement;
  • Support supervisor to ensure timely management of payment and prepare monthly schedules & analysis reports;
  • Coordinate with other divisions/departments on payment process and strengthen internal control systems;
  • Manage good relationships with vendors to maintain customers’ profiles;
  • Create insights and optimize payment process;

 Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / LCCI Level 3 or above;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experiences in accounts payable 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word. 
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
Account Clerk( AR) 5 Days ( Tsuen Wan/ Kwun Tong )X2 Salary : 15-21K 
  • Accounts Receivables:
  • communicating with inter-departments & outsider customers
  • issuing statements; arrange for settlement collections and clearing;
  • preparing aging reports and settlement vouchers.
  • Other functions: cost billings checking and booking, prepare periodic reports, Prepare scan filings, assist in other ad-hoc jobs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting discipline / LCC Intermediate;
  • 1 year or above working experience, with Accounting experience in which exposure in freight forwarder industry or Trading company
  • Good computer skills; proficient in MS Office applications, in particular merit with formulating in Excel.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
