Job Description

  1. Support the firm in daily transactions which includes handling accounting transaction, book-keeping, data input, filing, preparing cheque or TT payments
  2. Assist in reconciliation of account balances
  3. Handle full set of accounts by Sage 50 Peachtree
  4. Handles general administrative duties
  5. Assist in reporting matters to the Law Society of Hong Kong such as Quarterly Returns, Notification of Changes To A Practice
  6. Check employee reimbursements and petty cash
  7. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job requirements:
  1. Diploma holder or above in Accounting or Business related disciplines
  2. LCC level 2 or above
  3. At least 1 year of work experience in bookkeeping
  4. Experience in using Accounting systems is an advantage
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
  6. Good command in English and Chinese
  7. Self-motivated, well-organised, detailed-minded and able to work independently
  8. Immediately availability is highly preferred.
