Job Description
- Support the firm in daily transactions which includes handling accounting transaction, book-keeping, data input, filing, preparing cheque or TT payments
- Assist in reconciliation of account balances
- Handle full set of accounts by Sage 50 Peachtree
- Handles general administrative duties
- Assist in reporting matters to the Law Society of Hong Kong such as Quarterly Returns, Notification of Changes To A Practice
- Check employee reimbursements and petty cash
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Accounting or Business related disciplines
- LCC level 2 or above
- At least 1 year of work experience in bookkeeping
- Experience in using Accounting systems is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, well-organised, detailed-minded and able to work independently
- Immediately availability is highly preferred.
