Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle billing-related issues;
- Contracts setup and accounts handling;
- Coach junior staff to manage inpatient bills;
- Assist in automation and system enhancement;
- Verifying invoices and monthly statements;
- Take on ad hoc tasks as required
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related disciplines;
- 5 years of experience in contract and records management preferred;
- High proficiency in computer skills;
- Analytical, logical, and sensitive to numbers;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Candidates with higher qualifications or more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
