Our client is a reputable government organisation in Hong Kong, currently they are seeking a Finance Director to oversee their company.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to CEO, you will oversee all operational and financial forecast initiatives including accounting, financial reporting, management reporting, consolidation, budgetary control, tax compliance, cash flow and treasury;
• Responsible with ensuring compliance with HK and Government funding guidelines;
• The candidate will formulate and implement internal control policies and procedures, monitor proper compliance, issue instructions on related matters;
• Work closely with CEO and other senior leaders, liaise with internal and external auditors

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related
• 20 years’ experience with sizable organizations, MNCs, developers or NGOs
• Professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA / ACCA)
• Strong business acumen, problem solving and leadership skills with excellent command of spoken/written English and Chinese
• Experience in the use of ERP system (SAP)
