• Double Pay, Medical/Dental insurance, 5.5 days of work,
• Assist the accounting team
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities:
Provide support for full set accounting, AP, and AR.

Maintain bank books and petty cash,

Invoice verification with overseas suppliers and handle of bills payable(Bank Remittance, letter of Credit & D/A;

Prepare monthly financial statements.

Handle bank reconciliation

Assist to prepare accounting reports for the year-end audit.

Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Assistant in office administrative works

Requirements:
LCC level 2 or above;

Min. 2 years experience, preferable in engineering/construction company;

Possess computer literacy and Peachtree is preferred;

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Self-motivated, hard-working, independent, and possess a strong sense of responsibility
