Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle payment for business and administrative expenses
- Prepare vouchers and accounting journals in financial systems
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Assist in periodic financial closing process
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
- University graduate in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Independently, self-motivated, and good team player
- Initiative, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Working experience in SAP is definitely an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
