Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Director will be in charge of the Finance & IT Department of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park Limited (“the Company”).  The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating & preparing annual budget and financial forecast of the Company.  The major responsibilities are as below: 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Accounting & IT team with full responsibility
• Oversee all daily accounting, financial reporting, management reporting, consolidation, budgetary control, tax compliance, cash flow & treasury operations, etc
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting in HK & Government funding guidelines
• Prepare annual and long term finance plan of the Company 
• Liaise and co-operate with relevant government agencies and bodies to ensure effective communication
• Plan and initiate improvements and new developments on accounting operation
• Formulate and implement internal control policies and procedures, monitor proper compliance, issue instructions on related matters
• Liaise with internal and external auditors. Improve internal work processes and service levels
• Manage IT infrastructure for current & future needs of the Company 
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned by CEO

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or HKICPA or equivalent)
• 15 years of post-qualification experience in which minimum 5 years at senior manager or above level, preferably gained from public organization and/or sizable property developer
• Working experience in governmental organization or statutory bodies is an asset
• Strong analytical, inter-personal, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well versed in the use of ERP system such as SAP
• Solid knowledge of the development of IT infrastructure is a bonus
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and lead teams of professional staff
