Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and interpret financial information submitted by subsidiaries accounting team;
• Supervise accounting teams in the Group companies;
• Analyze financial and operation data and produce management report to senior management;
• Formulate internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks;
• Prepare and handle annual statutory audit and tax filing;
• Support ad-hoc projects including merger and acquisition and new offices set up in the region.

 Qualifications and Experience

• Certified Public Accountant;
• Bachelor degree holder in finance, business administration, accounting or other relevant disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ experience in audit, financial and management reporting;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Proactive with strong business acumen;
• Experience in SAP and management reporting is a plus;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Finance Manager.
