Job Duties:

- Reporting to the Group’s CFO and CEO who are stationed in France;
- To prepare annual financial budgets and forecast for Group’s consolidation and to monitor the actual results against budgeted figures;
- Preparing all financial reporting and planning of cash flow with the assistance of accounting personnel;
- To monitor closely on the Company’s receivables and payables;
- Liaising with various local banks for establishing import and export bank lines to support the Company’s banking needs;
- Supervising shipping personnel to ensure prompt and smooth shipments;
- Working with the Group’s MIS personnel to develop and improve the Group’s ERP; and
- To provide assistance to senior management of product development, product sourcing, marketing and production regarding financial issues.

Qualification Required:

- A qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in senior positions in same capacity; preferably most of the time engaged in electronic manufacturing and/or trading environment;

- Well experienced in local and international accounting standards, banking and commercial laws;

- Well experienced in handling import and export banking documentation;

- Well experienced in local Employment Ordinance;

- Hands on experience in the preparation of local financial reporting as well as Group consolidation process;

- Good experience in all aspects of electronic products’ manufacturing process; and

- Excellent negotiation skills; especially in dealing with mainland Chinese manufacturers;

- Excellent English and Mandarin; both spoken and written. French speaking is definitely a distinct advantage though not a must.
