Responsibilities

• Daily operational & accounting duties including invoicing, payment verification & processing, product costing, project costing, cash related transactions
• Support in admin activities as payroll, MPF and time sheet management
• Provide support in full set of accounts and manage the bookkeeping of AR, AP & GL
• Assisting in month-end closing and preparing bank reconciliations
• Implement company’s policies and procedures in accordance to management’s requirements
• Support in preparing full set of accounts and periodic financial reports
• Assisting in accounting activities for subsidiaries in Vietnam and China 
• Assist in interim and annual audit
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by management

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant experience preferably from retail or wholesale sector. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Word & MS Excel
• Working experience with SAP will be advantageous
• Knowledge of Mainland China or Vietnam accounting principals and VAT issue
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (Vietnamese would be a plus)
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
• Self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
