Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support billing and account receivables operations
- Handle petty cash of the operation units
- Work closely with the operation teams and to provide guidance on the Finance Process
- Assist in month-end closing process
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and management reports
- Perform financial analysis
- Assist in tax filing, internal and external audits
- Handle ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accountancy
- At least 3-5 years accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in using SAP is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving and good communication skills
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and highly responsible
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience or qualifications will be considered as Finance Officer
