Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of management accounts record and financial statements of the overseas subsidiaries.
• Perform financial analysis of Overseas subsidiaries.
• Identify control weaknesses and provide recommendations on improvements to improve the internal controls as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of operations of the overseas subsidiaries.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Handle full range of company secretarial duties for the group of companies including the preparation of board/shareholders minutes, resolutions, meeting papers.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for all company secretarial related transaction.
• Carry out ad-hoc projects for Chief Financial Officer
• Willing to travel when necessary

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting
• Professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience of which at least 3 years in logistic or forwarder industry
• Good understand and hands-on experiences in financial analyses, budgetary and forecasting processes
• A positive attitude, highly self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Cantonese with an additional language of Spanish would be an advantage, good written English is a MUST.
