Responsibilities :

* Handle daily accounting duties and month-end closing

* Prepare monthly financial reports

* Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries

* Process client billings, supplier invoices and intercompany transactions

* Handles inquiries from suppliers and account servicing team

* Assist ad hoc projects as required and handle administrative work

Requirements :

* Diploma holder in Accounting or Finance discipline or above

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trading companies

* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficient in MS Windows and computerized accounting system

* Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage

* Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

* Immediate availability is preferred
