Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily accounting transactions, ie. data entry & filing documents
• Prepare vouchers, AR, AP, G/L, Bank Reconciliation & expenses reports
• Prepare monthly management reports & financial statements 
• Assist in preparing the year-end audit documents
• Handle full set of accounting operations independently 
• Provide administrative supports /clerical duties 
• Handle incoming enquiries and phone calls

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably full sets of accounting
• Hands on accounting software experience and good at MYOB
• Good Knowledge in using MS Office application such as MS Word & Excel
• Good telephone manner and good communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Responsible, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Independent, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
