- Check casual labour payroll record
- Review payment request
- Perform filing of accounting records
- Prepare monthly invoice
- Reconcile current account with inter-companies
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Assist in month end closing
- Prepare accounting schedule and breakdown
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register and prepare Fixed Assets movement
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- F.6 or above with LCCI Intermediate level
- 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office application such as Excel
- Willing to learn and flexible
- Immediate available is preferred
