The Pacific Insurance Co., Ltd. invites applications for Supervisor of Accounts Department:

Job Descriptions:

• Manage collection activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts and sending follow-ups
• Supervise daily accounting transactions including but not limited to bank reconciliation, accounts payable / receivable and general ledger
• Assist in month end closing, and preparing accounting schedules, statutory return and monthly management report
• Support general administration, hotlines and ad-hoc issue

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience in insurance industry is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work with high accuracy
