Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily to day accounting operations i.e. data entry, prepare invoices, vouchers, process payments and bank transactions;
• Maintain proper and accurate records in system;
•  Assist in bank reconciliation, regular reports, month-end and year-end closing;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments
• Assist in other accounting and administration assignments

Requirements:

• DSE / Form 5 or above
• Certificate of LCCI Intermediate Level
• Minimum 1 years accounting experience
• Detail-minded, sensitive to figures
• Excellent computer knowledge in Excel spreadsheet
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
