Job Summary
As part of the Account Receivables Team, the Credit Control Officer is responsible for debt collection to participate in the improvement of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Partnering with internal and external parties, you will be directly reporting to the Account Receivables Manager.

Area of Responsibility

• Handle credit control and debt collection functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Manage daily bank reconciliation to ensure invoices are properly settled and maintain up to date accounting records
• Prepare reports and propose monthly collection plans
• Regularly analyse customers’ credit risk to proactively identify problematic cases
• Liaise with different internal and external parties in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
  
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and be a key player in transformation projects
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Skills

• 3-5 years working experience in credit control related roles
• Customer oriented with good communication and team spirit
• Well-organized, positive attitude to problem solving and proactive
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Excel and Word
  
• Accounting knowledge with SAP system experience will be a plus
• Good communication skills (English and Cantonese)
