We are currently assisting a large-scale local advertising company to look for the right talents for the following position. This a full-time job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Group’s Accounting and Financial Controls functions including month-end closing and preparation of project accounts and monthly financial statements,
• Provide accurate and timely financial results for management review. Preparation of budget project forecast, variance analysis, annual budget.
• Manage treasury function, including meeting short and long-term funding needs, cashflow management, account payable and delegation of authority.
• Drive and supervise implementation of a New Accounting System.
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors for statutory audit and tax filing.
• Liaise with bankers, solicitors and professional advisors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in business, accounting or member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience with at least 4 years in Managerial role of financial accounting, preferably gained with advertising/ construction companies
• Knowledge of Flexsystem a definite advantage
• Independent with strong analytical skills; responsible and attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills and analytical skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
