Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting Studies
• 3 years relevant experience in general accounting support
• Experience in AP, AR functions, preferably in full set of accounts
• Prior exposure in intercompany transactions is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented, energetic, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and accounting software
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting operations including AP, AR functions
• Responsible for intercompany transactions with overseas offices
• Reconcile monthly bank statement and assist in full set of accounts
• Provide support on month-end closing and preparing financial reports
• Maintain efficient accounting system and perform ad hoc duties
