Responsibilities

• Daily AR and AP bookkeeping
• Prepare customer statements and answer enquiries
• Assist company monthly and yearly financial statements
• Sales commission and sales report computations
• Assist random stock take and reconcile inventory levels
• Prepare reports requested by the GM and the Director
• Update and maintain all accounting schedules
• Perform inter-company transaction reconciliations

Requirements

• 3 years relevant working experience
• Experienced in ERP systems
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
• Great interpersonal skills and communication
• Immediately available is highly preferred
